RESEARCH EXPERIENCE

  • Extension of the lifetime of mechanical equipment friction units by plating parts surfaces with various materials and building up new structures of leak-tight sealing.
  • Mathematical modeling of parts abrasion in various slide and rolling friction units, determination of their wear resistance classes.

RESEARCH INTERESTS

  • Engineering estimation theory and assurance of durability of metallurgical machines elements and unites upon criteria of materials strength and resistance to wear at design and operation stages.
  • Theory and practice of parts surface machining with flexible impact-cutting tools.
