Electronics and Nanoelectronics

The following special academic disciplines in the curriculum are designated by the University as follows: methods and tools for diagnosing, primary information sensors, electronic device designing, debugging tools of microprocessor systems, transmission facilities, fundamentals of electrical drive, signal processors and specialized microcontrollers.

Core subjects required in the curriculum are complemented by electives, as well as optional subjects such as: information collection, processing and transmission systems, fundamentals of energy saving, sensors, engineering sensors, control and testing of electronic devices, reliability of electronic devices, microprocessor systems hardware, telecommunication systems .

Master's Degree Program is focused on the research and research and teaching activities. The course lasts two years and culminates with a thesis project and master's degree awarding in the area of training.

The program includes topics which provide technology comprehension in related areas in order to develop a career in the field of industrial electronics development and application.

 

The program aims at providing students with:

  • skills and knowledge resulting from the course of research and teaching activities and requiring extended professional knowledge;
  • ability to analyze the acquired knowledge, collect, process, and arrange scientific and technical information on research area;
  • ability to design, construct and remodel electronic equipment;
  • skills in research description, processing and analysis of obtained results, results presentation in the form of reports, reviews, essays and articles;
  • methods of evaluation of technical and economic efficiency of scientific and technical developments.

 

Admission Requirements

Applicants to a Master's Degree in Electronics and Nanoelectronics program should hold a Bachelor's degree in a related subject with good results.

Master's entrance examination is carried out in written form.
