The Magnitogorsk Rolling Practice 2020

On November 24, the V International Youth Scientific and Technical Conference for Young Scientists “Magnitogorsk Rolling Practice 2020” (http://mrp.magtu.ru/) starts with the financial support of the RFBR. Due to the current circumstances, the conference will be held entirely online, but without losing productivity and quality. In the next two days, the organizing committee will publish a detailed program of sections and links to open ZOOM conferences for everyone, but for now we will acquaint you with the event plan (Moscow time).
Tuesday (November 24):
- 11:00 – Welcome speech from the conference organizers and partners
- 11:20 – Session “Cross-Disciplinary Solutions in Modern Materials Engineering (iSmart-MetalForming)” (in English)
Wednesday (November 25):
- 10:00 – Session “Fundamental Challenges of Metal Forming in the Scope of Current Demands of the Global Industry” (in Russian)
- 13:00 – Workshop “Basics of finite element modeling in Abaqus” (3 sessions, 40 minutes each)
Thursday (November 26):
- 11:00 – Individual consultations on the difficulties of research for young researchers
Friday (November 27):
- 11:00 – Closing session, prize-giving, distribution of nominations and journals
