Three of the NMSTU lecturers have recently given lectures at the universities in France and the Czech Republic as part of the EU Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility programme.
In 2015, NMSTU joined the EU Erasmus+ Mobility programme having signed mobility agreements with two EU universities – Jean Monnet University in Saint-Étienne (France) and the University of Technology and Economics in Ceské Budejovice (Czech Republic). Earlier some of the NMSTU students spent a term at the Czech university under the mobility programme, with the EU covering their scholarships and travel expenses. This time some of the NMSTU lecturers participated in the programme.
Earlier, NMSTU welcomed a lecturer from Jean Monnet University in France who visited the Magnitogorsk university under the same programme. He gave lectures to the NMSTU students and met those students who will spend their next term in France.
So far there have been no visitors from the Czech university to NMSTU. However, we will be expecting a visit by the rector of the University of Technology and Economics which is planned for the next year.
