Young Researcher from NMSTU Wins Global Education Program’s Grant

Dmitry Muraviev, Assistant Professor at NMSTU’s Department of Logistics and Transportation Management, has been awarded a grant by Global Education Program. Under this program the Russian government provides funding for study at leading universities of the world.
Dmitry is to do a postgraduate study at Shanghai Jiao Tong University in China, which is ranked 61 by QS World University Rankings.
The research conducted by Dmitry under the supervision of Professor Rakhmangulov is aimed at advancing the Russian transport and realizing Russia’s transit potential by increasing the capacity of international transport corridors. The subject of the research is in line with NMSTU’s involvement in the international New Silk Road project, which constitutes one of the major targets within the Transport Strategy of the Russian Federation till 2030.
Dmitry’s success marks the second time NMSTU was recognized a winner in the Global Education Program.
