- Standardisation and quality.
- Standardisation in different industrial spheres and sectors.
- Issues and problems of metrology in modern times.
- Quality and customer satisfaction.
- Market quality and competitive performance.
- Evolution of quality management methods.
- Quality system design.
- Total quality control.
Activities:
- Teacher-led group activities in a classroom;
- Extracurricular self-study of the teacher’s assignments and tasks, including the use of educational facilities (mandatory);
- Tutorials.
