The course comprises the following units:
- Modern quality management systems and organisational effectiveness improvement methods.
- Тotal Рroductive Мaintenance system (ТРМ).
- Quality management in the Тotal Рroductive Мaintenance system.
- Implementation tools and methodologies of Lean Production.
- Six Sigma methodology subject-matter, implementation peculiarities, attractions and shortcomings.
- Joint implementation of the concepts of Six Sigma and Lean Production.
- Harmonisation system.
- Benchmarking applications and efficiency.
- Business process and organisation re-engineering.
Activities:
- Teacher-led group activities in a classroom;
- Extracurricular self-study of the teacher’s assignments and tasks, including the use of educational facilities (mandatory);
- Tutorials.
