Presenting a report in China

This year the 6th International Congress on Science and Technology in Steelmaking was held in Beijing on May 12-15. Representatives of plants, organizations, research and educational institutions from over 30 countries visited this forum. 

Russia was represented by six people: two scientists from the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys, one from Baikov Academic Institute, one representative of Severstal and two from our university: Professor Vakhit A. Bigeev, Doctor of Engineering Sciences, Director of the Institute of Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, and Material Treatment, and his postgraduate student, Alexey Nikolaev. Totally, over 600 people took part in the assembly.
