Master’s degree programme – Pre-school education management

Course units:

Leadership skills development training.

Leadership style diagnostics.

Simulation of desired behaviour.

Stimulation of individual and group motivation.

Working on self-image, rational and irrational judgments.

Social and psychological training

Activities:

• Teacher-led group activities in a classroom;
• Extracurricular self-study of the teacher’s assignments and tasks, including the use of educational facilities (obligatory);
• Office-hours.
