The course comprises the following units:
- Introduction.
- Theoretical approaches to the cost-effectiveness evaluation in the framework of the quality management system.
- Up-to-date classification concepts of costs of quality and evaluation methods of costs of quality.
- Economic evaluation of the quality system.
- Analysis and estimation of cost of quality.
Activities:
- Teacher-led group activities in a classroom;
- Extracurricular self-study of the teacher’s assignments and tasks, including the use of educational facilities (mandatory);
- Tutorials.
