It is the first time after a six-year break since 2015, when the students and postgraduate students of Nosov Magnitogorsk State Technical University had a practical training abroad at CJSC MMK Metalurji, a metallurgical plant in Turkey. From the 5th of December till the 12th of December, the university students visited the second industrial site of the plant located in Dilovası, 40 km from Istanbul.
Tatiana Sattarova and Svetlana Predeina, winners of the poetry contest “Lyre of Brazil", receiving an invitation to visit the Embassy of Brazil in Moscow, met with Ambassador Rodrigo Baena Soares.
NMSTU was rated as the 2021 Best Supplier in the category “Leader of scientific industrial solutions” of the contest held by the Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works.
As part of the grant supported by the Russian Foundation for Basic Research and the Foundation for the Russian Language and Culture in Hungary (the project on “Phenomenology of happiness in Russian literature of the 18th – 20th centuries”), Svetlana Rudakova, Head of the Department of Linguistics and Literature Studies, the Institute of Humanities, from the 7th of November till the 13th of November gave classes to students of the University of Debrecen, the Institute of Slavic Studies, devoted to Russian culture in the European context.
