Master's Degree Program covers a broad range of subjects which provide students with the foundation in the field of standardization, metrology and certification of quality control for the metalworking industries.

 

The program's special focus is on:

  • providing the students with skills and knowledge in the field of metrology software, metrological control and monitoring, aimed at traceability maintaining, of products ( services) quality and safety, high economic efficiency for producers and consumers based on modern methods of quality control subject to operational and safety requirements;
  • development of skills of quality management system component design, relating to the specific production conditions and products sales based on domestic and international regulations;
  • involving in research activity and the development of complex applied problems in the field of metrology, standardization, certification and quality management;
  • practical skills in the design, research and maintenance of conformity assessment systems of products , processes and services;
  • providing the students with skills for professional practice in research and teaching in the field of metrology, standardization, certification and quality management.

The master's degree program consists of 4 semesters:

  • three core subjects with a specific focus on general academic subjects in the first and third semesters
  • five core subjects with a specific focus on professional subjects in the first and third semesters

The aim of the program is to train highly qualified specialists for the mechanical engineering industries, where the generation and implementation of innovations, the latest scientific advances and technological solutions are required. Graduates of the program are provided with deep professional knowledge and skills to evaluate the technical state of a wide range of engineering equipment, including machine tools and systems.

As a graduate of Master's Degree Program in Mechanical Engineering and Technology, you will be prepared to demonstrate the ability to:

  • carry out patent research, ensuring the purity and patentability of new design solutions;

Electronics and Nanoelectronics

The following special academic disciplines in the curriculum are designated by the University as follows: methods and tools for diagnosing, primary information sensors, electronic device designing, debugging tools of microprocessor systems, transmission facilities, fundamentals of electrical drive, signal processors and specialized microcontrollers.

Core subjects required in the curriculum are complemented by electives, as well as optional subjects such as: information collection, processing and transmission systems, fundamentals of energy saving, sensors, engineering sensors, control and testing of electronic devices, reliability of electronic devices, microprocessor systems hardware, telecommunication systems .

Master's Degree Program is focused on the research and research and teaching activities. The course lasts two years and culminates with a thesis project and master's degree awarding in the area of training.

The program includes topics which provide technology comprehension in related areas in order to develop a career in the field of industrial electronics development and application.

 

The program aims at providing students with:
